Our client, a full-service healthcare facility, is looking for a NURSE MANAGER to join their already successful Critical Care department.  This hospital is striving to change the face of healthcare by providing the highest quality and compassionate care while utilizing the most advanced technologies.  This facility is also dedicated to providing a state of the art and professional working environment for their employees.

 

As the newest vital member of this 28+ bed department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the daily operations of the ICU and PCU.  Your duties will include: budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and your most important task will be managing patient care.  If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges then this is the position for you!

 

To qualify for this great opening, you will need a BSN.  A Master?s degree is preferred, but not required.  You should be ACL certified, 3+ years of management experience, and CCRN certification is a major plus!
