Patient Support Educating and interacting with medical staff

Visiting institutions where patients have been treated with cardiac device products, collecting patient data, documenting trip results, and communicating activities with sales team

Managing customer education for new and existing accounts, arranging or assisting in coordinating on-site clinical demonstrations

Travel as necessary (50% or more)

Availability to be on call every 5th week

 

The candidate MUST be an RN or Perfusionist

MUST have a minimum of 5 years critical care experience specific to cardiac surgery patient population

Experience in working with ventricular assist devices or balloon/pump devices a plus

Thorough and meticulous documentation skills

Demonstrate clinical credibility
