Clinical Educator/Manager - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/Oncology

Quincy Medical Center is seeking a full-time (day shift, M-F) Clinical Educator/Manager in our Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/Oncology Department. Provides clinical and management leadership by assisting the Nurse Director in the development of the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/Oncology Department staff. Acts as a clinical resource, evaluating and ensuring clinical competency. Encourages staff to participate in continuing education activities. Responsibilities include: orientation of new staff, preparing experienced staff to function in the role of preceptors and resource nurses, and serving as a role model and clinical resource to all staff.



Requires a BSN with 3+ years' educational experience. Master's degree preferred
