We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily focused on research and development of EMR template content, internally as part of our core product offering, as well as participating in new, creative methods for expanding our EMR template content offering and enhancing our current template content to meet best practices within the healthcare industry. The role will also be involved in EMR product quality and usability reviews, participate in product timeline development with team members, will provide educational sessions on template content and initiatives within the organization to increase product awareness and assist customers with template building as a consultative service. Travel to customer sites may be required for template building, training and analysis, as well as close communications with our physician customers. The candidate will also work with other departments within Misys to strategize on priorities for the team in accordance with market needs and client interactions.

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree in Nursing, Informatics or other clinical area, or other relevant combination of education and work experience
? Experience with clinical software applications
? Technical skill set and database experience preferred
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience working with and communicating with physicians
? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
? Project management experience preferred
? Demonstrated creativity and impact on process improvement
? Preferred knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the ambulatory care setting
? Team player, able to work effectively in group settings
? Ability to travel as needed
