Clinical Manager - Wound Management

Coordinates the clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.  These include but are not limited to utilization of skills in organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing care as it relates to the age and specific needs of the wound patient.  Works within the framework of the Massachusetts State Nurse Practice Act and follows all Curative, WCC and hospital policies and procedures.  Complies with hospital, WCC and nursing standards in the performance of job duties and responsibilities.  Supports the goals and objectives of the Wound Care Centers, INC. and the Wound Care Center ? at Mercy Medical Center.

 

Requirements:Currently a registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts, BLS certification, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, minimum three years Wound Care experience and minimum three years of equivalent nursing experience (i.e. outpatient, etc.), and one to three years of previous supervisory experience of a staff of six or more.
