The Clinical Nurse Coordinator expertly provides and coordinates care for a group of patients that includes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides leadership and direction for nursing staff in concert with the Unit Director. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Position Type: Full-Time
Education/Special Skills Required: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required. Baccalaureate degree in nursing. Progressive experience in clinical area. Management exp. preferred. Willing to become CNRN certified. A high level of analytical ability is required. Ability to work in complex clinical or administrative systems. Communication skills required in order to lead, teach and persuade others. Interact effectively with others in difficult situations. ICU exp required, Neuro ICU preferred.
