Clinical Nurse (Telemetry)

Overview : Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with facility and department policies and in accordance with the standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by staff or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinical Nurse utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients in the Telemetry Unit. Banner Health Service Standards are exhibited in all aspects of the Clinical Nurse's performance.

Qualifications :

Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license or temporary Arizona RN license. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job, and demonstrates through behaviors and answers to job-related experiential questions, the ability to demonstrate Service Excellence Standards. **Experience in the Telemetry unit is desired, but if you are a Med/Surg RN interested in
becoming a Telemetry RN, we will be conducting a Telemetry training class beginning on Jan. 17, 2005. Banner Health employees are expected to adhere to Banner's service standards and organizational values in all their interactions with Banner patients, other customers, and fellow employees.
