Clinical Practice Manager
CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), the largest multi-specialty physician practice in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for the Departments of Orthopedics and OB/GYN.
The manager provides management of non-physician staff, prepares budgets, and ensures that the clinical goals and objectives of the MFA practice group are met. This candidate also manages clinical care operations of the department; measures providers"&tm; and staff"&tm;s utilization, scheduling, and productivity; coordinates budget planning; and develops all clinical policies/procedures.
Required Skills:
Masters degree in nursing; 4 years of nursing experience including at least 2 years of clinical management/supervisory experience (preferably in an ambulatory care setting) required. Current DC RN license & at least 5 years of healthcare experience in a practice group setting as a manager a must.
