We have two dynamic opportunities available for Clinical Sales Support Specialists with possible locations in the Mid Atlantic, South East, New England, Central Plains or Northeast Regions. Your Role at Edwards:
These new roles will be able to address the ongoing growth and support accelerating the technology & learning curve in the field while making our Afib sales specialist and HVT representative more effective at completing routine business objectives. The selected candidates will focus on Operating Room Staff Training and creating 1-2 site champions at each site. They will train new or existing accounts to verify proper education and training at all levels in the OR; provide support accountability with key OR staff and increase product acceptance in the short term while driving product adoption long term; and will be key in reporting back from the field, through this OR channel as well as providing feedback for future product development initiatives.

Additional responsibilities:
Train physicians, nurses, and technicians on use and advantages of company products.
Provide technical support to customers as needed.
Assess training needs of customers and deliver product training as needed.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in proper use of products from customers.
Explain product features, use and advantages to clients pre and post sale.

Essential Equipment:
Qualified candidates will possess a BA in biology or science + RN/PA, and 5 to 8 years experience in a cardiac operating room environment. Also requires a minimum of two years sales, clinical or marketing experience, with a minimum of three years experience in the cardiovascular/medical industry a plus; a proven track record of results orientation; a strong ability to grasp technical issues and concepts; and the ability to relate well to key opinion leaders, for example cardiovascular surgeons. Must be a high energy, team player that works well in a matrix environment that is resourceful, displays solid organizational skills, and is proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A background in surgical ablation device industry a plus.
