Assessment of:
-Effectiveness of RAI/Care Planning process in assigned facilities.
-Effectiveness of Medicare/Reimbursement Management in assigned facilities.
-Effectiveness of Nursing Restorative programs in assigned facilities.
-Effectiveness of MDS/Care Plan Coordinators in assigned facilities.
-Effectiveness of organization systems in assigned facilities.

Implementation:
-Assists facilities with design and implementation of an effective RAI/Care Planning process.
-Assists facilities with design and implementation of an effective Medicare/Reimbursement Management system.
-Assists facilities with design and implementation of an effective Nursing Restorative Program.
-Assists facilities with development and implementation of systems to promote quality resident care.

Education:
-Provides education to new MDS/Care Plan Coordinators.
-Provides ongoing education to MDS/Care Plan Coordinators.
-Provides education to facilities on new rules and regulations related to the RAI process of Medicare.
-Provides education to facilities on Reimbursement Management systems/strategies.

Monitoring:
-Compliance to RAI/Care Planning processes.
-Effectiveness of Medicare/Reimbursement Management systems.
-Effectiveness of Nursing Restorative Programs.
-Performance and educational needs of MDS/Care Plan Coordinators.
-Effectiveness of organizational systems.

Requirements

Must have experience in Medicare/reimbursement management.
Must have experience in RAI processes.
Must have experience in implementing nursing restorative programs.
Must have experience in systems implementation/management.
Must have managerial experience.
Corporate oversight experience preferred.
