DIRECTOR OF RESIDENT CARE / RN

HarborChase of Jacksonville, one of Florida?s premiere assisted living communities, has an immediate opening for an RN - Director of Resident Care. Candidate will provide direct supervision of resident care staff, coordinate training and education on an ongoing basis, and monitor the administration of medication to residents.  Management experience required.  Will ensure our residents are treated with respect and dignity recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence. 

 

Requirements are strong clinical expertise, knowledge of state regulations, leadership skills, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
