Job Description: Has 24 hour responsibility of the management of Orlando Florida Hospital Emergency Department.  Is responsible for staffing and management of ED personnel.  Is responsible for overseeing utilization of all resources, for performance improvement and operations and for providing a safe environment. Facilitates interdepartmental and intradepartmental, medical staff and community relationships and seeks ways to improve the quality of care delivered in the ED.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service.  Must be a BSN with 5 years emergency department or critical care leadership experience. Masters in nursing or related field preferred. ACLS, PALS or ENPC required.  Computer skills, proven leadership ability required.
