DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

They seek an outstanding Director of Case Management who will be responsible for the overall direction of a well-established department. The successful candidate with be responsible for:

Carrying out the objectives of the medical center

Overall direction of the Case Management department

Staying informed of the current changes and healthcare legislation

Developing policies and procedures reflective of current changes

Communicating with physicians

Budget

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BSN or Masters Degree in health related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in case management

Experience and knowledge of current healthcare trends

Excellent leadership and management skills

Ability to make changes in a positive and productive way

Excellent communication skills
