Director, Case Management, Coordination and Safety The Director, Case Management, Coordination and Safety will develop, implement, and manage system-wide care delivery management and coordination and assist with assurance of patient safety through oversight to relative programs to ensure the delivery of appropriate care to pediatric patients in accordance with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta?s mission and strategy.

Job RequirementsLicensed Healthcare Provider with current active license in the state of GA required Three(3) to five(5) years experience in Care coordination or Case Management required Demonstrated knowledge of care coordination, transition of care and case management required Demonstrated knowledge of managed care and other billing regulations required Demonstrated understanding of patient safety and quality methodology required Demonstrated skills in fiscal responsibility with budget management skills required Minimum competencies in Microsoft Word and Excel necessary to complete job requirements
