Director, Palliative Care and Hospice Services

In this position you would assume a leadership position for continued growth and management of our outstanding hospice program and state-of-the-art new inpatient acute palliative care unit as we provide compassionate, end of life care to those in our community. In addition, you would be responsible for strategic planning for the program, ensuring delivery of quality care and service, developing and managing the annual budget, participating in community initiatives regarding hospices and end of life care and working with fundraising/grants.

You must possess a Bachelor?s degree in Nursing and current license to practice nursing in the state of Ohio (or eligible). At least three (3) years of clinical experience and one year in a major leadership role in a hospice environment are also required.
