Director of Clinical Operations - Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbarics

In addition to managing the day-to-day operation of a hospital outpatient clinic and serving as the key liaison with hospital administration, this position is responsible for building patient volume by marketing the clinic?s services to local physicians and other healthcare providers.

 

This position requires at least three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, and at least one year of experience in a management role in a patient care setting.

 

Previous experience in marketing patient care services is preferred, as is previous experience in wound care and/or hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

 

A nursing degree from an accredited nursing program is required, along with current, unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse in the state in which this clinic is located.  Current certification in Basic Life Support is required.

 

Additional college level education in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

 

Completion of a 40 credit hour Hyperbaric Medicine Introductory Course approved by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine Technology is required within six months of employment.
