Director of Clinical Services - Hospice

About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Administrator, the Director of Clinical Services coordinates

hospice services and is responsible for the quality, continuity, and delivery of services.

Manages, trains, and develops hospice staff. Assures clinical standards of quality and

service are met. Assures compliance with federal, state, local government, accrediting

organizations, and corporate policies. Responsible for all aspects of clinical hospice

operation 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

 

 

 

 Qualifications

?Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

?Two to Three years of experience in Med/Surg, hospice or homecare experience is preferred.

?Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

?Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) with a valid TX state RN license

Hospice Certification preferred
