Miami Children's Hospital (MCH) is seeking a Director of Infection Control to oversee and direct activities of the system wide infection control program, including infection surveillance, reporting, and provision of infection control technical support and education.  He/She will serve as a resource to others and be able to collaborate with others to advance the hospital mission and vision

 

Founded in 1950 by Variety Clubs International, today Miami Children's Hospital? has more than 600 attending physicians and over 130 pediatric sub-specialists. The 268-bed hospital is renowned for excellence in all aspects of pediatric medicine. Key qualifications include:  BS Degree (Master?s level preferred) or equivalent educational preparation, Certification in Infection Control preferred; licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Florida; (experience in Children?s Hospitals preferred); a minimum of five years experience in management in Infection Control.  Excellent compensation and benefits package for the successful candidate.
