Director of Nursing - New and Exciting Opportunity at Growing Home Health Care Services Company!

CSI Infusion & Network Services has been a leading provider of high-tech home health care services for more than 19 years.  We provide home infusion, specialty infusion, and nursing services in the home, reducing or eliminating the amount of time patients spend in the hospital.  We provide care to patients throughout Ohio and into the five contiguous states.  Our commitment is to provide the highest level of care, clinical excellence and customer service in everything we do!  

 

The Director of Nursing is a new position and a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate!  The Director will be the driving force responsible for expanding the depth and breadth of nursing services, inclusive of program development, quality improvement, education, and IT integration.  Strategic planning, implementation of disease state management programs, and the ability to make decisive decisions regarding services and program development will be expected in this role.  The Director of Nursing Services will maintain a high level of interaction and visibility among contracted agencies, payers and providers in order to ensure the successful provision of our network nursing services. 

 

Requirements:  A minimum of 5 years experience managing nursing personnel in a post-acute/home care setting.  Extensive knowledge of the home infusion/home health industry. A registered nurse in Ohio (or eligible for licensure) A B.S.N. is strongly preferred.  Proven track record of developing strong clinical nursing services.  Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external customers.
