Director of Nursing Resources
Jordan Hospital is seeking qualified applicants for their Director of Nursing Resources position. Reporting to the Vice President for Patient Care Services, the successful individual will be responsible for RN staff recruitment and retention; collection and presentation of nursing financial indicators; and oversight of daily staffing process. This position maintains primary responsibility for the development and implementation of departmental recruitment and retention strategies. Responsible for oversight of the internal job posting and external recruitment processes in an integrated role with Human Resources. Recruitment of contractual agents and integrity of associated documentation. Current knowledge regarding market conditions and budget variance analysis required. Keeps abreast of current market conditions and develops effective network.
Must have competent computer skills (excel, graphics, word processing), knowledge of staffing plans and patterns and excellent interpersonal communication. Must have demonstrated interviewing and hiring skills.

MBA preferred
Registration/Certification
Current Massachusetts RN License required.
