The facility has had excellent surveys and has an excellent reputation for caring, quality care. The home is operating with a 98% + census, has a strong case mix and is financially strong. The administrator has an excellent reputation and strong record of success.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Director of Nursing with successful background in a medium to large skilled nursing facility. They will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication and people skills, and a record of successful surveys and hands-on leadership. The DNS will have strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor the financial budget and the staffing budget to ensure successful management of resources. One short term goal is to eliminate nursing pool use.
