Director of Operating Room

Position Profile § The Director of OR is responsible for leading 115 FTEs within the general OR, central sterile, PACU, endoscopy, minor procedures, GI, and ambulatory surgery departments

? This position reports to the CNO and has direct oversight of the ten-bed OR and eight-bed PACU, with expansion plans for two of the OR suites

? Qualified candidates will be registered nurses with proven collaborative leadership skills

? We are seeking individuals who possess a high level of integrity and enjoy project work

? BSN required, Master?s preferred
