Director of Performance Improvement and Clinical Data Management

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, is recognized as New Jersey?s premier academic medical center and the flagship hospital of the Robert Wood Johnson Health System.  Located within comfortable travel distance of the New York Metropolitan and Philadelphia areas, this 584-bed state-of-the art facility serves as one of New Jersey?s three Level I Trauma Centers.  Currently, we have the following leadership opportunity available:

 

Director for Performance Improvement and Clinical Data Management

 

As an integral part of our leadership team, this Director position will be responsible for managing hospital-wide performance improvement as well as clinical and patient satisfaction data.  Additional responsibilities include partnering with other hospital services and physician leadership in strategic planning of performance improvement programs which are reflective of the hospital?s mission as well as providing oversight and direction for clinical data collection and analysis staff. 

 

The successful candidate will have a degree in Nursing with a Master?s degree in Nursing or related field, a valid New Jersey Nursing License and previous supervisory experience in an acute care academic medical center or similar setting. Previous performance improvement experience and CPHQ certification are highly desirable.
