Director of Perioperative Services

Position Profile Reports to the Vice President of Operations and oversees 130 FTEs with the assistance of nine direct reports


Responsible for all of surgical services including 12-OR suites (inpatient and outpatient), preoperative holding, the PACU and a 4-room GI suite


Qualified candidates will have their BSN, and a minimum of five years in a comparably-sized facility with experience in increasing inpatient and outpatient volumes in competition with a joint ventured, free-standing surgery enter


Ideal candidates will be Master?s prepared, have exceptional people and communication skills, be a change agent, with strong leadership abilities and business acumen
