Director of Surgery

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our hospital management team as a Director of Surgery. The right-fit candidate would be a strong leader who can be fair to their employees and someone who is a forward thinker. Our hospital boasts of an excellent working environment with a high retention rate! Competitive salary and benefits! Requirements:

Current Texas RN license in good standing Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing or a related field. Master?s degree preferred 3-5 years experience as a staff nurse preferably in a surgical setting 5 years management/supervisory experience
