We are looking for a seasoned Surgical Services Nursing Director to join a progressive management team and oversee the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff for the Operating Room, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, Endoscopy and Sterile Processing. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with at least 7 years experience in Surgical nursing including 4+ years of supervisory experience, exceptional leadership and problem resolution skills. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree highly preferred, current NC nursing license, specialty certification and training a plus.
