Coordinates utilization management and care coordination activities for large multi-specialty group practice.

 

? Leadership of Care Coordination Department.

? Management of hospital risk pool expenditures.

? Management of purchased professional services expenses.

 

? Management of outpatient populations to anticipate needs, optimize outcomes and cost-effective care.

? Interface with payors regarding UM operations to optimize FC risk and outcomes and  minimize exposure.

? Payer/Vendor Interfaces

 

Requirements:

 

BS/BA, RN required; MHA/MBA or equivalent desirable

Five years senior management experience. Utilization Management, Case Management, and/or contracting experience important. Group practice experience preferred.
