Director or Nursing/Administrator

Cirrus Health is a dynamic, growing health organization looking for a Director of Nursing/Administrator for our 4 OR multi-specialty Laguna Hills Surgery Center located in Southern Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities: 

The Director of Nursing/Administrator is accountable for the overall clinical, financial, business office, administrative and management of surgery center operations.  Responsible for instituting policies and procedures and monitoring patient care to ensure the highest quality of care is given.  Responsible for a safe patient environment, the training of staff in all aspects of patient care as well as representing the facility as a liason to the physician partners, the corporate office, vendors and the surrounding community.

 

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent, BSN preferred.  Current California Registered Nurse license, BLS certification and 2 years experience required managing a surgery center or hospital based surgical services department.  Must possess the knowledge and ability to manage clinical services in a surgery center setting, as well as administrative ability, initiative, resourcefulness and execute the same.
