The Position

 

NEOB is looking for an experienced critical care or trauma nurse, physician assistant, EMT or paramedic to work as a Donation Coordinator (DC).  In addition, to working closely with hospital staff the DC takes charge of managing the donor?s care.  Success in this role requires a self-assured professional who can remain calm and effective, even in highly charged, clinically complex situations.

 Qualifications 



Clinical training and experience and a bachelor?s degree are required.  Optimal candidates have critical care or trauma experience.  Medical/clinical credentials and demonstrated experience in medically managing complicated clinical events.Ability to serve on a rotating call schedule, with the flexibility for extended hours (can require day and night hours).Must have a car and current driver?s license.
