We are looking for several FNP's to join our staff in the Kansas City area in January of 2007.? Our FNP's will provide defined, episodic care in a locally owned and operated retail grocery store chain that has been in business for?80 years.

?

FNP's will perform evaluations/physical assessments, diagnose and treat minor illnesses and wounds, prescribe medications, perform physicals, educate patients on their health and become a preferred care giver in the local community.? All patient documentation is done via an electronic medical record with interfaces to the store pharmacy and local primary care physicians.? You will practice autonomously with the backup of a local physician via telephone should you wish to consult with them regarding a patient.

Requirements:

- Nurse Practitioner - Masters level trained

- Missouri and/or Kansas license or ability to hold one by January, 2007

- 2+ years clinical experience

- Ability to work autonomously

- Outgoing personality that exudes compassion for your work and care about your patients

- Desire to grow the practice through in-store marketing

- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
