Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) - Work from Home!!

We are currently seeking a Field Nurse Case Managers (RNs) in the San Francisco bay area of California.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals involved in the medical case management process.  Works as an intermediary between carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees to ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services and a medically rehabilitated individual who is ready to return to an optimal level of work and functioning.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, A.S. degree or B.S. degree in nursing required. 2+ years clinical nursing experience required. Case Management and/or Workers? compensation-related experience preferred. Registered nurse with current, valid state licensure required. Other state licenses/certifications as required by law. Valid driver?s license required.  Must have excellent interpersonal skills, phone manners and organizational skills.  Ability to set priorities and work independently is essential. Bilingual (Eng/Spanish speaking) a plus but not required. Computer literacy also required. Please include your salary range when applying to this position.
