Global Complaint Management Analyst - RN Or Pharmacist Temp-to-Hire!!

Kelly Clinical Research has an opening for a Global Complaint Management Analyst to work at a specialty pharmaceutical company located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a temp-to-perm or possibly a direct hire opportunity!

If you have a pharmacy and/or nursing background and demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance, drug surveillance and drug clinical care processing, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The GCA will be responsible for managing a global complaint management event through its entire life-cycle - from initial triage referral through regulatory reporting, sample retrieval, investigation and ultimately to closure. GCA is also responsible for knowing when an event is sufficiently complex with significant consequences to escalate the event to the Team Lead.

Applicants must have a degree in nursing or pharmacy and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a health care environment (Bio-medical engineering discipline, and/or within a quality/compliance organization in an FDA regulated business). Persons with a Medical Technology degree and medical device experience may also apply.
