TriWest Healthcare Alliance has the following opportunity at the Offutt TRICARE Service Center:

 

Health Care Coordinator

 

Serves as a liaison for the MTF staff regarding TSC operations, network providers, and the Hub Healthcare Services and Customer Service staff.  Assists the Liaison Nurse in building and maintaining relationships between the MTF staff, local providers and the Hub in support of MTF patients.

 

? Registered Nurse with current unrestricted Kansas license (BSN preferred)

? Five (5) years of varied clinical nursing experience

? Working knowledge of TRICARE and Military Health System is preferred

? Excellent written and oral communication skills

? Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and coordinate daily activities

? Competency in the use of computers, typical business applications, and ability to rapidly employ training and orientation in developing competency of other TriWest-specific software applications and tools

? Ability to utilize ICD-9CM, CPT-4, HCPC?s codes to research claims
