Health Services Manager

Oak Tree Villa, a provider of upscale Senior retirement living, has an immediate opportunity for a professional RN or LPN to effectively manage our Assisted Living program. As our Health Services Manager, the selected individual will be responsible for hiring, training and managing the AL staff, budget management and quality assurance. Assisted Living Management experience, solid clinical skills, the ability to lead a team and a positive regulatory history required.

Specific responsibilities include ensuring a high degree of resident care in accordance with established operational standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements, hiring, training, managing and motivating the AL staff, budget management and quality assurance.

Qualified candidates will be CORE certified, hold an RN or LPN designation, and possess Assisted Living program management experience. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment. Proven management track record, ability to build and lead teams and implement change, excellent communication skills and ability to adhere to high standards also required.
