Home Care Educator

This rewarding role will find you responsible for the coordination of all agency orientation and ongoing education. You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs necessary for our staff to provide compassionate and excellent care while meeting agency, State, Federal, and JCAHO standards.

To qualify, you must be a Registered Nurse, bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to communicate and work with various groups, e.g. administration, nursing, and physicians and understand the principles and methods of quality management and quality indicators. Strong talents in coordinating and facilitating educational programs/in-services and understand adult learning concepts are desired.
