We are currently seeking two star performers to fill our Home Care RN Case Manager positions, based in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities will include assessing needs, developing/managing care plans and supervising care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants. Superb communication and organizational skills are required, as well as a true passion for serving seniors. Home care experience preferred. Must have a current RN license.
