Gift of Hope is dedicated to coordinating organ and tissue donation in the northern three-quarters of Illinois and NW Indiana. Join us in meeting that mission as part of our team in the following positions:

 

IN-HOUSE COORDINATORS (Elmhurst, IL and Peoria, IL)

 

Work collaboratively with key personnel within an assigned hospital to further enhance organ & tissue donation.  Provide on-site clinical assessment/evaluations as well as help coordinate family interactions.  Provide rapid on-site response to designated hospitals within a set time frame. Must respond to urgent pages and take call as needed. 

 

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years clinical experience in an acute care setting. Candidates must possess outstanding interpersonal, written & organizational communications skills along with excellent problem solving and education abilities. Proven experience in building and cultivating strong professional relationships required as is the passion to save and change lives.
