Responsibilities include: Compliance with Board of Nurse Examiners (BNE) and Nursing Practice Act (NPA) rules and regulations and scope of practice as they apply to RNs, to achieve the overall goal of providing the client with safe, effective nursing care Administering laser therapy procedures/treatments ordered by a Texas licensed Physician.  Procedures/treatments include but are not limited to:  laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation procedures, correction of sun damaged skin, collagen remodeling, spider vein removal, acne treatment, etc. Assigning nursing care aspects and activities to LVNs/LPNs, under his/her direct supervision and providing the necessary training, assistance and support within a structured environment where policies, procedures and protocols exist for the provision of nursing care applicable to procedures/treatments provided by Sona MedSpa Ensuring a consistent delivery of world-class treatment experiences for clients Maintaining accurate record keeping Maintaining open communication with Clinical Manager/Director  Written reports for Clinical Manager/Director as and when required Adherence to the utmost in professional conduct in accordance with standards set by BNE, NPA and Sona Medspa Corporate Head Quarters

Requirements:Valid, current license as a RN in the State of Texas  Ability to work in a collegial relationship Appropriate education (clinical and academic) and experience related to the use of laser technologies for medical purposes would be a plus Prior supervisory experience a plus Ability to work on Saturdays and/or some evenings Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people Team player Ability to take ownership of the job and go the extra mile Strong work ethic
