Opportunity Details:

You will deliver specialized nursing care in conjunction with physicians? orders and monitor client charts to ensure compliance with the plan of treatment, regulatory standards and company policies.  Your assessment of the quality of service along with applying preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative treatments will add value to the client?s changing needs.  In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with top researchers and medical centers on rare disease state management.  You will maintain an on-going schedule of patient visits, participate in team case conferences, and ensure availability of materials needed to implement the care plan and provide training to clients and family members.

 

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor?s Degree or Associate?s Degree or Diploma in Nursing and at least 1 year nursing experience, including 1 year in specialized registered nurse experience in acute or home care environment. Completion of intravenous skill inventory/training and strong venous access skills required. INS certification is preferred.  A current professional license in the state of practice and skill with MS Office.
