JCAHO Consultant/Manager

Besler Consulting, a leading healthcare finance and operations consulting firm based in New Jersey, is seeking senior level registered nurses to join our JCAHO consulting team as a Manager.

Positions are available in our New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and Florida locations. 

 

The successful candidate will lead projects and work with clients on the design and implementation of programs, policies, and practices which focus on JCAHO, HIPAA, and other related regulatory accreditation, compliance and licensor requirements and standards.

 

A Bachelors degree as well as CPHQ certification is highly desired.  Ten plus years of hospital based clinical experience with at least five years in a supervisory or management role.  Current knowledge of JCAHO standards and accreditation processes is required.  Prior consultant experience is a plus.  Proven verbal and written communication skills, combined with tact and excellent analytic judgment is critical to this position.  Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.  The ideal candidate must also possess exceptional project management skills and a comprehensive knowledge of clinical and operational procedures and practices.  Flexibility is a must along with the ability to work on multiple clients in a fast paced environment with limited supervision and the skill to demonstrate results are essential.  Should be ale to demonstrate poise and business maturity.  Travel is expected with at least 50% car travel within geographic region including potential for overnight travel.
