Methodist Hospital serves the Sacramento southern suburbs, including Elk Grove, Laguna Creek and Galt communities. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Sacramento, Methodist employs more than 700 people to serve the, more than, 7,000 patients seen annually. Built in 1973, Methodist has a state of the art Family Birth Center, an active Occupational and Physical Therapy Department, that includes a Hand Therapy Program, and plans on expanding the Emergency Department to continue to support the growing needs of the community.
