Our client, a 200+ bed healthcare organization, is looking for TWO Directors to join their Medical-Surgical units.  This recently expanded organization provides the most technologically advanced and compassionate care to their ever-growing communities, while fostering a team-oriented and educational work environment for their employees.

 

As the newest vital member of one of these 20+ bed units, you will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and development of the Med-Surg unit.  Your duties will include budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and patient care.  Your most important responsibility will be maintaining the highest quality and most compassionate care to the patients of your unit. 

 

To qualify for one of these two incredible positions, you will need a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.  A Master?s degree is preferred, but not required.  You must have 3+ years of management experience.  A background in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is a major plus!
