Manager - Community Care Management, RN (Highly visible role!)

We are in search of a clinical professional who can work independently for this highly visible position. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your clinical and training experience. You would have the freedom to prioritize your own workload while being afforded plenty of growth opportunities.


 


Primary responsibilities include:


 


Serving as trainer, mentor, and coach to existing staff

Conducting orientations and one-on-one training as necessary

Evaluating the productivity of staff and the quality of their work

Scheduling and setting up in-services

Developing training materials



This role requires a Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in TX. Significant clinical experience is essential. A demonstrated background with training others or as a preceptor is also required. MS Office proficiency is a must. Managed care experience is preferred, as is Quality Assurance experience. A degree in education is a plus.
