Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Medical Coder, RN. The primary responsibility of this position is to visit doctor offices and review our members? medical records for thorough and accurate coding of diagnoses in compliance with Medicare guidelines. Build relationships with providers, assisting with claims coding  questions.

 

Qualified applicants will have valid RN license, two or more years of healthcare or managed care experience, CPT & ICD-9 coding proficiency, strong computer skills including MS Office and strong relationship building skills. Must have dependable transportation and valid drivers license. Coding certification and HEDIS medical records review experience a plus.
