This position will be responsible for providing case management services to assist employers in verifying and clarifying medical information primarily in connection with the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Activities include but are not limited to telephonic discussions with healthcare and human resource professionals around the United States. 

Job Requirements

? The position requires that the individual hold an active nursing license, Florida preferred.

? 2 + years case management experience.

? Must be able to speak English.  Ability to speak other languages is useful but not required.

? Travel is not required.

? Must be computer literate and able to operate in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word and Excel).

? Must be able to type.

Job Functions

? Communicates by telephone with clients and medical providers.

? Prepares reports and other required paperwork as documentation of all casework activities at a consistently high standard and in a timely manner.

? Understands and applies all special instructions required by referral sources.

? Understands and applies all laws and regulations which apply to the provision of rehabilitation services.
