Nurse Management - Community-based RN Manager

The Community-based Manager (CBM) position is clinical, and may maintain a caseload of clients if the ratio of staff to manager does not support a full time manager position. The CBM is responsible for leading field-based operations within the State area assigned (Oregon). The CBM works with supervisors and staff to ensure the quality and efficiency of interventions, both telephonic and face to face, and is responsible for strategically planning and organizing resources for effective operational processes assuring goals, objectives and service levels are met.Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience in a field based nursing environment strongly preferred.
2+ years supervisory or management experience preferred
Current RN license in good standing.
3-5 years recent acute care or home health nursing experience.
7 years experience as nurse in a clinical environment.
Knowledge of management, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and, counseling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects to successful and timely completion.
Strong demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
Demonstrated sound problem-solving analytical and decision making skills.
Knowledge of quality improvement processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Possesses leadership qualities of integrity, the ability to motivate others and the ability to promote harmony in the work place.
Works effectively leading a team or participating on a team.Education

Associate degree or diploma in Nursing. BSN preferred.Physical Requirements
