Nurse Manager

Patient First is currently seeking a Nurse Manager for a position in the Richmond, Virginia area. 

 

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

--The overall operations of the nurses and medical assistants under the supervision of the Director of Medical Support

--Evaluating, rewarding and disciplining all nursing and medical assistant staff

--Creating monthly schedules

--Responsible for fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere

--Work as a RN/LPN

 

Qualifications & Job Responsibilities:

--Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensed to work in the state of Virginia

--Strong written and verbal communication skills

--Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous tasks simultaneously

--Experience in Med. Surg. ICU, or doctor?s office (preferred)

--One to two years experience managing others
