This hospital strives to provide the very best in patient care within a healing environment that ensures the highest quality of care. This 350 bed hospital is expanding and opening a 37 bed intermediate critical care unit to assist in the care of patients with respiratory, medical, surgical, strokes and neurological disorders. This Unit is seeking a nurse that can think outside the box, someone with high initiative and a clear vision and mission of themselves to become their Nurse Manager. Start a unit from the ground up, could you ask for anything more?
Qualifications: RN, Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, but willing to complete their bachelors within two years, experience in critical care, supervisor or manager experience
