Nursing Director
Neuro

Requires current CA RN license and Bachelor?s degree with a minimum 3 years? experience in an acute care setting and administrative or supervisory experience in a hospital department; Master?s degree and national certification is preferred.

Must have proven successful experience with physician relations, marketing opportunities, supervision, personnel management, clinical/non-clinical and operating budget preparation, project planning and management within a complex environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements including JCAHO, DHS and Title 22 is a must.
