In this role as Nursing Supervisor (3 - 11), you will be responsible for the 24-hour operation of the assigned patient care unit(s). This includes the assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for the assigned area of responsibility. You will also provide on call shift supervision coverage as assigned.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor, 3-11:
Bachelor?s degree in nursing or related field.
NJ State Nursing license, BLS certification.
Critical thinking, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
